Annamaria Gyorgyjakab has a robust academic background and extensive experience in the construction and consulting industry. She holds a Master of Law degree in European and International Business Law from Debrecen University and a Bachelor of Law degree from Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca. Additionally, she has earned both a Master and Bachelor of History from Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca. Annamaria’s professional journey is marked by her dedication to continuous learning and specialization. She holds several prestigious certifications, including the FIDIC Certificate (Modules 1 & 2), CIARB International Arbitration (Module 1), and a Public Acquisition Expert Certificate. Her technical proficiencies encompass a wide range of legal and contractual areas such as contract management, claims management, risk analysis, conflict resolution, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Throughout her career, Annamaria has demonstrated a mission-oriented and highly motivated approach. She is known for her strong technical competences, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build synergies to overcome challenges. Her commercial mindedness, coupled with a high degree of initiative and creativity, allows her to proactively address and solve problems, ensuring the best outcomes for her clients. Annamaria’s sector experience includes managing and overseeing numerous high-profile projects. These projects range from the rehabilitation and modernization of roads and railways to the construction of bypasses and the modernization of airport infrastructure. Some notable projects include the rehabilitation of DN 6, Alexandria Craiova, the modernization of the Bucharest Ring Road, and the rehabilitation of the railway line Brașov – Simeria.
