We are thrilled to announce that Radu Giumanca has joined DisputeIQ as our newest team member!
Radu holds a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering and brings over fifteen years of professional experience in large-scale infrastructure engineering projects, in Romania and worldwide. He has an extensive background in the water and wastewater sectors, where he initially managed the development of several industrial wastewater treatment plants.
His career journey includes key roles in managing the infrastructure projects for the city of Pitesti, Romania, particularly in the development of potable water booster stations and wastewater pumping stations. Following the successful completion of these projects, Radu was recruited by the engineering company overseeing the project and worked as the Engineer’s representative for the supervision of the construction of a seawater desalination plant in Northern Cyprus.
Radu continued to expand his expertise in project management with significant roles in the design and construction of three sewage treatment plants in Alba County, Romania. He has also served as a Senior Contracts Manager for major infrastructure projects across diverse sectors, including motorways, railways, bridges, and wastewater treatment plants. His work has spanned projects in the EU, Norway, Albania, the Philippines, and the Middle East, where he honed his skills in contract management, with a special focus on the FIDIC Suite of Contracts.
